Wesley is married to his beautiful wife Ayesha, and they have three amazing children. Wesley is the Lead Pastor at Brenneman and is responsible for setting the vision of the church, preaching the gospel, raising up new disciples, and pastoring them to maturity. Although Wesley has pastored churches in several different states, he is an Indiana native at heart and has always considered himself a "Hoosier". Wesley is a graduate of both Cincinnati Christian University and Indiana Wesleyan University and Seminary. He gave his life to Christ when he was 9 years old and received the call to ministry 1 year later and has been following Jesus ever since.  Wesley's philosophy of ministry is grounded in an unwavering conviction for family-driven discipleship and legacy building, which is a conviction that he and Ayesha seek to promote and model in everything they do. Wesley is a pathological Chicago Cubs fan and an avid fisherman. He loves tacos, cowboy hats, clever lists, spending time with his children and smooching his wife. He has been on staff at Brenneman since December 2022.

Pastor Josh grew up in New Paris and felt a call to ministry during high school as part of the youth group at St. Mark's UMC, just down the road from Brenneman. He graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2006 with a degree in Christian Ministry and from Wesley Seminary in 2013 with an MDIV. His previous ministry experience includes serving as a solo pastor in Baraboo, WI and as pastor of discipleship in North Branch, MI - both in The Wesleyan Church. Josh met his wife, Jamie, at Indiana Wesleyan as they both sang in the chorale. They have been married since 2004 and have three children: Isabelle, Brennan, and Maryn. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, card games, cooking, landscaping, dating his wife, and playing with his kids. He has been on staff at Brenneman since January 2018. 

Alicia grew up in Middlebury and graduated from Northridge High School. After high school, she headed to Taylor University, where she felt a call to ministry during her sophomore year. In 2005, Alicia graduated from Taylor University with a degree in Christian Education Ministries. After college, Alicia worked for a year as the Summer Fun Director in Middlebury, as well as an ESL paraprofessional at Middlebury Elementary. In March 2007, she married her husband Eric. They have three children: Landon, Logan, and Lauren. In her spare time, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family, playing piano, organizing and purging things, and shopping. She has been on staff at Brenneman as the Children’s Minister since September 2006.

Pastor Ken grew up near Topeka, Indiana on a dairy farm and felt the call to ministry at age 20 when he was in Voluntary Service in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He received his bachelor’s degree from Grace College and also completed additional training in Clinical Pastoral Education and Intentional Interim Training. In his over 50 years of ministry, Pastor Ken has served as lead pastor in six churches and an intentional interim pastor with five congregations. He and his wife, Jan, have two married daughters and four grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, writing, traveling, doing lawn work, and listening to music from the 60s and 70s. Pastor Ken has been on staff since June 2024.

Andrew is married to his best friend and love of his life, Brit. He grew up in Ligonier, Indiana, and was the worship leader at Ligonier Missionary Church for nearly four years. It was there, that he received his call to worship ministry at the age of thirteen and began growing his God-given gifts and abilities. Andrew graduated from Bethel University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Worship Ministry Leadership. Andrew lives a highly active lifestyle and plays pickleball, disc golf, and table tennis on a weekly basis. Andrew is incredibly passionate about music and enjoys any chance he gets to jam out with friends and family. Andrew started as the Resident Worship Leader at Brenneman in April 2024 and looks forward to being used for the Kingdom!

Colene grew up in a small town in southern Michigan where she attended Burr Oak Missionary Church with her parents and brother. She is a graduate of Bethel College with a degree in Elementary Education and taught for many years in local Christian Montessori schools. Colene and her husband, Justin have attended Brenneman since shortly after they were married in 1999 with the exception of a three year span when they helped with a church plant in the Elkhart area. The Grabers have three sons, Micah, Peyton and Joren. Colene enjoys reading and camping and hiking with her family during the summer. She joined the Brenneman staff in April 2018. 

Patricia, being a lifelong resident of Goshen, has attended Brenneman most of her life. Patricia attended IUSB and previously served as First Deputy of Goshen City Court prior to coming to Brenneman as the secretary to the Senior Pastor. Patricia and her husband, Lyle, are parents of two sons and a daughter, grandparents to 4 grandsons and 2 granddaughters and great-grandparents of 2. Lyle and Patricia enjoy their family’s numerous activities and along with their dog, Murphy, love to travel to Colorado for vacations. Patricia feels a tremendous blessing in serving the BMMC family in any way she can be of help! Patricia began her employment with Brenneman in 1994 and after 2 years, was promoted to Office Manager and then promoted to Business Administrator in 2004.

Janece has lived most of her life in the Goshen area and has attended Brenneman for over 47 years. She worked at Heartland Manufacturing in Goshen for 9 ½ years with office and bookkeeping duties prior to coming to the Brenneman office. She's been married to her husband, Ben, for over 30 years. They have four adult children (3 boys and 1 girl). They also have 2 cats, 2 rescue puppies, and chickens. She and Ben love spending time with their family. They like to play games, garden, garage sale and spend time outdoors. Janece started working at Brenneman in July 2000 and she is very thankful for her Brenneman family!

Dave and his family have been attending Brenneman for approximately the last 10 years. He retired from the Elkhart County Public Safety Communications Center (911) in 2016 after 36 years. He has been married to Tammy for 27 years. He enjoys working on cars and home projects in his spare time. Dave started working part time at Brenneman in 2015.
