Nursery (Birth-2 yrs)
You can drop your littles in the nursery and know they will be safe and loved. We also provide a separate nursery for fathers or mothers to change diapers or care for your baby.
Preschoolers (2-5 yrs)
Our main environment for preschoolers happens Sunday mornings. It includes age-appropriate activities, stories, singing, and small groups. Children at this phase are beginning to experience the wonder of a God who made them, who loves them, and who wants to be their friend forever.
Elementary (K-3)
Our main environment for kids in Kindergarten-3rd grades takes place on Sunday mornings. It includes worship, games, a Bible story, and small groups. We want kids to know they can trust in God no matter what, they can make the wise choice, and they can treat others the way they want to be treated.
Club 45
Our main environment for preteens in 4th-5th grade is Club 45. It takes place on Sunday mornings and includes donuts, worship, the ever-popular So and So Show, and small groups. Club 45 also has several special events throughout the year.
BRENNEMAN KIDS & PRETEENS MEET
SUNDAYS: 9:30-11:35 AM
When you come, you can check your kids in first (up through 5th grade) and they begin the hour with their families in the worship service. Kids and preteens are released halfway through to their environments and stay all morning. Nursery is available during the worship service and Sunday school.
Kids can be picked up following the worship service or Sunday school.
WHAT IS ORANGE?
Orange is more than a curriculum; it's a strategy. It's the power of combining two influences, the church and the family. When the church as the light of the world (yellow) works in partnership with the love of the home (red), you get orange. We use Orange curriculum for all of our kids from birth through 5th grades. More than that, we seek to partner with parents as you raise your kids to follow Jesus. Click below for resources we provide and recommend.
KID MIN FAQS
How do I check in my child?
All infants-5th grade children need to be checked in at the children’s ministry check-in center in the north foyer. Guests can check in anytime from 8:45 AM-9:10 AM. The family will be given a temporary name tag and matching parent guest card. The parent card is used for child pick-up. Parents with infants will also be asked to sign their child in on paper in the nursery so proper instructions can be given (time for bottles, if/when a child needs a nap, etc.). Club 45 kids need to check in for attendande purposes, but will not be given a parent card. Club 45 kids are released at the end of programming.
What if my child has special needs?
We provide one-on-one support in an inclusion setting for children with special needs who could use extra assistance to participate in children’s ministry programming. If you are planning to visit and have a child with special needs, please contact us in advance so we can best welcome your child.
